AEOconsultant.ai ("we", "us", "our") provides Answer Engine Optimization consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it. You can reach us at nathan@aeoconsultant.ai.

Information you give us. When you request an AEO strategy call, we collect your name, work email, website, AI search goals, budget range, and optional self-reported source. We securely store the request, send it to Nathan’s inbox, and attach it to your contact record in Attio. If we arrange a call, scheduling is handled through Cal.com.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Tag Manager and associated analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To review your request, assess fit, respond and communicate with you about a potential engagement.

To operate, measure, and improve the website and our services.

To meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.

We share information with providers who help us operate the site, respond to inquiries, and measure advertising, including Cloudflare, Cal.com, Google, Meta, and Attio. We do not sell contact lists.

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and measurement tags. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of Google Analytics using the tools Google provides. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. When advertising measurement is enabled, accepted inquiry submissions may send Meta a normalized, SHA-256-hashed email address, permitted advertising cookie identifiers, browser user agent, and the page where the inquiry was submitted. We do not send Meta your raw email, name, business website, goals, or budget answers. Google Analytics receives no contact details or form answers. Inquiry submissions and confirmed appointments are separate events. We honor Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and the advertising measurement opt-out below; the form remains available when you opt out.

The website retains a secure copy of your inquiry for up to 90 days from submission once successfully delivered to our inbox and CRM; undelivered requests are retained until resolved. Inbox and CRM records are kept as needed to evaluate a potential engagement and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email nathan@aeoconsultant.ai.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
